They can help with:

• certificates;
• transcripts;
• sources of funding;
• fee payment;
• registration.

Student Support Hubs

Whether you prefer to visit us on campus or get in touch by phone or email, our 12 on-campus Student Support Hubs are here to help you feel supported from day one.

Your hub is a friendly first point of contact and can support you with a wide range of pastoral, wellbeing and academic matters, including: 

• general enquiries;
• specific course enquiries;
• wellbeing and disability support;
• support in a crisis;
• wayfinding and campus facilities;
• student communities, including Student Reps;
• studying abroad;
• mitigating circumstances and coursework extensions.
