Kincardine Court offers self-contained flats for three or four students. We have 8 beds available in this hall.
Bedrooms
You'll enjoy spacious en suite bedrooms with a small double-sized bed (190x120cm).
All rooms have a dedicated study space with a desk and chair. They also have plenty of storage, including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, and under-bed storage.
Bathrooms
En suite bathrooms include a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and mirror.

£258 per week/£10,836 for total 42 week contract.
This hall does not have any fully adapted accommodation suitable for full time wheelchair users.
We can provide specialist equipment such as medical fridges, deaf guards etc.

Kitchens and shared spaces
Flats in Kincardine Court include a shared kitchen with a hob, oven, and fridge/freezer. There is a dining table for meals and socialising with flatmates. Each flat comes with its own washing machine and dryer.
Communal areas
Within your hall, you'll enjoy a Karaoke/ Cinema room and two large study rooms for when you don't feel like going onto campus. The hall also has a large internal courtyard, bike storage and 24/7 CCTV.
Kincardine Court is in a great location, close to the academic campus, lectures and libraries. You'll also be a short walk from Oxford Road/Wilmslow Road and its array of shops, cafes and bars.
We lease a portion of the Kincardine Court site so students from other 91直播 universities will be across the site and may share your flat.

What's included in rent
Rent doesn't just cover your room, it also includes all utilities (heating, electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi), personal insurance, 24/7 security support, access to communal areas, bike storage, laundry facilities (paid separately), and cleaning of communal areas (except during University closure periods).

Please note that while we try to provide as much information as possible, rooms can vary from the details and images provided. Occasionally, we have to change the use of a hall in response to demand; for example, we may change a hall from being for undergraduates to one for postgraduates.
