Aims

This course aims to equip students with in-depth knowledge, understanding and skills using evidence-based approaches to the assessment, formulation and management of patients undergoing treatment with injectable devices. It is designed to enhance best practice and maintenance of appropriate standards within aesthetic practice.

Teaching and learning

Learning methods will utilise online e-learning resources and will require you to engage with on-line materials developed for the purpose. These include video lectures, video demonstrations of practical procedures, formative online short answer quizzes and facial assessment exercises.

Directed study components comprise formative group work via discussion boards and specified reading related to each session/seminar.

In addition to online learning, you will be invited to a workshop day in 91直播, UK in January 2027 and have access to a mentorship scheme where you will cover injectables cases.

Coursework and assessment

Summative (credit bearing) assessments include an online video presentation of a case study and group work discussions on critiquing of recent studies.
